Shipping policy
It takes two to three business days to pack up and ship out your order. Our shipping department is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Shipping Methods
We choose at our discretion the best shipping service considering your order and shipping method you have paid for.
Our shipping department is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the next business week. Please take this into consideration when placing your order, especially if you choose a UPS method.
Delays of shipment
We do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Nonetheless, CHERIGAN PARIS cannot be held responsible, in any circumstance, of the shipment delays that are provided to you as an indication only on our web site and on all the confirmation you may receive during the payment, preparation and shipment process of your order.
International shipping
We currently ship to Canada and continental United States. If you need a shipment in other countries please visit our international website at www.cheriganparis.com.
Delivered duty paid (DDP): we collect applicable duties and taxes upfront in order to streamline the shipping process for you. This method expedites transit and eliminates any unexpected charges upon delivery.
If for any reason your package is not delivered to you in pristine condition, without any visible damage, it is your responsibility to issue a claim to the carrier at the moment your parcel is delivered. Avoiding doing so engages your full responsibility if the product is damaged due to the shipment. CHERIGAN PARIS can not be held responsible and will not issue any refund for any and all damage to the product resulting from the shipment even if you have issued a claim to the shipment company.
The product is considered, and CHERIGAN PARIS released of its obligation to deliver, once the system of the shippers sends an electronic confirmation either to you, the client, or to us CHERIGAN PARIS.
Force majeure
CHERIGAN PARIS shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations, including the shipment of the products, that are due to an event of force majeure.
A force majeure event is defined as an unforeseeable and irresistible event beyond the Parties’ control which prevents the obligor from performing some or all of its obligations. Force majeure events include but are not limited to floods, fires, wars, popular uprisings, strikes, lockouts, earthquakes, storms, tornadoes, etc.
