Refund policy
Please follow the five steps described below to exercise your right of withdrawal and product return:
STEP 1
Fill out our contact form through the Contact section of our website with your order number. Please note that all items must be returned unused, with the authentic labels, and in their original packaging. If the returned goods are not in a resalable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gift received with your purchase must also be returned. Your right to return goods does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications, clearly personalized, unable to be returned due to their nature or likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or when sealed goods have been supplied and become unsealed after delivery due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
STEP 2
After submitting your contact form to our customer service, a member of our team will contact you to arrange your return.
You are responsible for payment and organizing the return to our warehouses located in San Diego, California.
STEP 3
Package your return item in a well-padded box to avoid any damage during transit.
Please make sure to obtain proof of postage or delivery. We are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returns and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Customers wishing to return perfume items must comply with all labeling and packaging guidelines provided by the postal service in your area or any other courier service used.
STEP 4
All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt. We will not provide a full refund if the products show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will inform you by phone or email that a reduced refund amount will be available.
STEP 5
Once we have processed your returns, our customer service will contact you by phone or email. Your payment for the goods (including the initial standard delivery charges but excluding any additional cost for premium delivery option chosen) will be refunded by CHERIGAN as soon as possible, using the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we receive the goods (provided you have returned the goods to us within 30 working days of delivery or notified us of cancellation).
In order to prevent or investigate fraudulent activities: (a) we may contact you regarding returns with suspicious activities, and/or (b) we reserve the right to disable any account engaged in suspicious activity.
